She is an international Keynote Speaker, Storytelling Coach & Leadership Development faculty with a decade's experience in transforming leaders and teams with the power of storytelling. She works with senior leaders across industries to help them use storytelling for personal and professional growth. She specializes in leadership storytelling, Data Storytelling & Women Leadership Development.
She is also a 4 times TEDx speaker, an Associate Actuary, an award-winning author, a columnist, and a Distinguished Toastmaster. Along the way, she has written a book on womanhood, Elixir, which was adapted for the screen and screened at the 69th Cannes Film Festival, among many others, and won several international awards.
Her passion for storytelling stems from her journey from numbers to narratives, as she transitioned from ISI through the world of actuarial science into a path of deeper personal and professional growth. Her mission is to “bring hearts to work” and help leaders, founders, and changemakers show up, tell their stories, build trust, create impact, and leave a legacy.
As the founder of Lighthouse she is honored to be incubated by Goldman Sachs 10K Women ISB, NSRCEL IIM Bangalore, and I-Venture ISB.
